BioThe latest of many names. Born: Joellyn Celia Dorkin. Attached (and detached) last names of Ellis and Auklandus and now (permanently) carrying Kopecky. Known, long ago, as Countess Tamera FitzGloucestre of the White Boar in the SCA. Now more often called Corbie Mitleid (with a "Rev." in front of it, thank you) as that's the name I use when I am plying my trade -- certified and professional Psychic Medium, travelling coast to coast and into Canada. As one of the four mediums who channeled the material, I'm featured in the book YOUR SOUL'S PLAN: Discovering the Real Meaning of the Life You Planned Before You Were Born (formerly COURAGEOUS SOULS)by Robert Schwartz.
Have lived up and down the East Coast, from Boston to Atlanta. Born in Philadelphia and raised in South Jersey. Cherry Hill (NJ) East Class of '73. 2.5 years at Brown University as a theatre/history major and then out into the world. More jobs than I care to think about, and very few I liked -- often an administrative assistant; legal secretary; executive recruiter; video producer (that was fun); actor and author (so were they). And now, full time, the metaphysical work.
Three time cancer survivor. Happily married with no children, just two 17 year old Himalayans and a yearling Maine Coon that's as full of himself as a surly teenager. Live in upstate New York in a rural county that has 34,000 people and a bunch of cows and sheep.
Hoping to connect with folks I've known over the years. It's been too long and too many of my contemporaries are transitioning...
